LITTLE HOUSE OF CONTEMPLATION

Together with ‘Mare van der Mast’ (island poet of Texel) we build a little house of bamboo and straw every summer.

Inside the House is a box with a book. People are invited to write a poem, their thoughts or whatever they like.

Every year we make a new design for the house and after 6 years already 15 books have been written.

inside the house is always a feeling of calmness and the fragile walls of straw create an intimate relation to the forrest.
